When entering the text "a.tribalfusion.com" in Google I see that it seems to be spyware or a tracking cookie. In my own, I have unticked the box "enable caching". The update you done seems to have solved all the problems and all this in under 24 hours. After installing the program, run a scan to display the TribalFusion.com cookie in the Scan Result screen and remove this file.
