Disabled Chrome apps and that helped my boot significantly. With our Acer laptop, the boot time dropped by 80 seconds. The issue went away after I selectively defragmented the Windows folder.
After doing this it would boot in 40 sec. Again, I've tried most solutions I've seen (Windows tips off, some services off) with no success. Have you looked in task manager while the computer is running? Preventing windows from updating graphics drivers and using either an older version or LEschat graphics.
