If I'm watching a video in fullscreen, the Dock appears out of nowhere when this happens. One time was when it was brand new and still under warranty. check over here
It is not my problem! i never used it, i even removed it ui from the taskbar but it still work... Verizon! This makes me believe it is some sort of program that is causing the problem.
