What is your verdict? The 8.1 upgrade does not respect user choice of security software. The last one I could say was better at the time was OS 8…and that's been gone for a long time. The only way this can be done in the past some-odd versions of windows was through regedit. I made those setting changes and now do not get dumped into desktop after closing last Modern app.
