I am still searching for a solution or fix. The corrupt file was lpremove.exe as far as I could tell because I had never ran into a file such as that before (sorry for sounding so ignorant) I don't know I checked the task manager and it seems that explorer.exe is the culprit, I re-formatted my computer 2 times and I still have the same issue.
